The $180 flat fee covers everything: removal of your old dishwasher, water line and drain hookup, electrical connection, secure under-counter mounting, a full cycle test, leak check, and cleanup. No hidden charges — what you see is what you pay.

Removal and disconnection of your existing unit is included. If you'd like us to haul it off the premises, let us know when you book. We leave your kitchen clean — we never leave old appliances or debris behind.

Yes, the new dishwasher should be on-site and unboxed (or still boxed — we can help). We just need it to be present so we can complete the full installation in a single visit. If you're still waiting on delivery, just schedule your appointment for after the appliance arrives.

Most dishwasher installations take 60 to 90 minutes from start to finish. That includes removing the old unit, installing the new one, running a full wash cycle to verify operation, and confirming there are no leaks under the sink or at connections.

Yes. We install standard 24-inch dishwashers from all major brands — Bosch, KitchenAid, Samsung, LG, GE, Whirlpool, Frigidaire, Miele, and others. If you have a non-standard size or a custom panel-ready unit, let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.

If we discover that the existing supply line, drain, or electrical connection needs repair or replacement beyond standard hookup, we'll tell you before proceeding and quote the additional work separately. We won't do anything you haven't approved first.

Yes. Our dishwasher installation is backed by a 90-day labor warranty. If a connection issue traced back to our work surfaces within that window, we return and fix it at no charge. The warranty covers all hookups — water supply, drain, and electrical — performed by our technician.
