Your friend simply needs to mention your name when they call or book online. Once they complete their first service appointment, the $25 credit is tied to your account and applied to your next visit. There's no app or code required — just your name.
Your credit is activated once your referred friend completes and pays for their first service appointment. As soon as the job is closed out on our end, the $25 is credited to your account — typically within one business day of their appointment.
No limit at all. Refer 1 friend or 10 — you earn $25 for each one who completes a service. Credits stack, so if you refer four friends, you build up $100 in savings. It's one of the fastest ways to bring down the cost of your next appliance repair or installation.
Yes. Referral credits can be combined and applied to any single service visit. If you've accumulated $75 in credits from three referrals and your next repair costs $150, you'd only pay $75. There's no restriction on stacking credits.
Yes. Friends who book through a referral receive priority scheduling on their first visit, meaning they move to the front of the queue when same-day or next-day slots are available. It's a small perk that makes the referral worthwhile for them too.
Any paid service qualifies — appliance repair, installation, dryer vent cleaning, or a maintenance visit. A diagnostic-only appointment that results in no work being done does not count. Once your friend completes and pays for a full service, you earn the credit automatically.
Referral credits are valid for 12 months from the date they're issued. If you're not planning a service in the near future, they'll still be waiting for you when you need them. Just mention your credit balance when you call or book so we can apply it to your appointment.
