New appliances typically come with basic hoses and power cords. If yours didn't, let us know when you book and we'll bring the right parts. We carry common washer hoses, dryer power cords, and vent connections on the van so the job doesn't get delayed.

Yes — disconnection and removal of your old unit is included. If you need us to haul it off the property, let us know when booking so we can arrange it. We make the swap as smooth as possible.

A single washer or dryer installation typically takes 45 to 60 minutes. Installing both together usually takes 60 to 90 minutes. We include a full cycle test and leak check before we leave, so you're ready to do laundry right away.

Yes. We install all major washer and dryer brands including Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, GE, Maytag, Kenmore, Frigidaire, Bosch, and more. Our technicians are familiar with front-load, top-load, stackable, and combination units across all manufacturers.

Yes. All of our installation work is backed by a 90-day labor warranty. If a connection we made causes an issue within that window, we'll come back and fix it at no charge. We stand behind every job.

Absolutely. We handle stackable dryer-on-washer setups and all-in-one washer/dryer combo units. For stackable configurations, stacking hardware (usually a stacking kit sold separately by the manufacturer) should be on-site. Just mention the configuration when you book so we come prepared.
